Visionary, stylist and friend to all who walk through her doors: meet Tina Corrado, owner of Posh Collections and our new Real Woman of REALM.

I am beyond thrilled to introduce a woman who truly lives and breathes what it means to "Reign Thoughtfully." As a designer, I'm constantly looking for inspiration, and I find so much of it in Tina Corrado. She doesn't just sell clothes; she's built a sanctuary for self-expression at Posh Collections.

To me, Tina is a true "Empress" of the Main Line. When she opened Posh Collections in 2007, she brought over 15 years of fashion expertise to Malvern—everything from personal styling to high-level buying. Walking into her boutique feels exactly like stepping into the dream closet of your most stylish friend.

Getting to know Tina has been such a beautiful discovery. We are “style soulmates”—from our height and hair color to our shared love for the same silhouettes, she truly gets my aesthetic. It is a rare joy to find a stylist who speaks the same language. Because of that, I absolutely adore shopping at Posh Collections. Every visit is an amazing experience, and I find myself leaving with arms full of shopping bags, inspired by the magic she's curated.

What I admire most, though, is her heart. Much like my own journey with REALM Fine + Fashion Jewelry, Tina views style as a way to empower. She and her team don't just dress you; they champion you. Tina leads with an unwavering dedication to our community and a lot of love. She's a visionary, a stylist and a dear friend to everyone who walks through her doors.

Q+A with Tina

What do you do for work?
I'm the owner of Posh Collections, a women's clothing and accessory store in Malvern, PA. I work as both a buyer and a personal stylist. What I really do, though, is help women see themselves differently. Every day, I'm on the floor working one-on-one with clients helping them understand their lifestyle, body and comfort zone. Then gently pushing them just enough to feel elevated but still comfortable. It's incredibly personal, and that's what I love most about it.

for play?
I love spending time with family and friends, traveling and anything that involves great food, wine, great style and a beautiful setting. I'm always inspired by people watching and discovering new places.

for others?
Supporting women is at the core of what I do, both in business and personally. Whether it's mentoring, styling or simply creating a welcoming space in my store, I love helping women feel seen, confident and empowered.

What experiences and influences along your journey ultimately inspired you to create Posh Collections—and how did that journey shape the vision and values behind your brand today?
My career, spanning over 30 years, has always been rooted in fashion, from buying and curating collections to working directly with women. Over time, I noticed a gap between high-end fashion and everyday wearability. I wanted to create a space where women could access elevated style that feels approachable and personal. That vision shaped Posh Collections into more than just a boutique. It is a styling experience built on confidence, connection and authenticity.

How would you describe your personal style?
Polished, effortless and refined.

What's your approach to styling clients?
My approach to styling is deeply personal and highly collaborative. I start by getting to know each client's lifestyle, personality, body and style goals to ensure that every recommendation feels intentional and authentic. My goal is not just to sell clothes, but to help women feel confident, empowered and entirely themselves. I mix timeless pieces with modern trends, focus on fit and proportion, and elevate each look with thoughtful accessories. Styling, to me, is about enhancing who you already are, not changing you.

What tips can you offer women to elevate their style?
1. Invest in great basics with a strong fit. They are the foundation of everything.
2. Don't underestimate accessories. They completely transform a look.
3. Confidence is your best styling tool. Wear it like you mean it but don't be afraid to try something new.

We love your style! At REALM, we talk about our jewelry and Empresses having a “Classic, Romantic or Rock Star” vibe (sometimes all three). How would you describe your personal style?
I'd describe my style as a blend of tailored and refined with a modern edge. I love timeless, clean pieces, but I always add a little pop through jewelry, texture or an unexpected detail. Every outfit is curated from head to toe, because I believe that true style is in the details.

Why do you love REALM?
I love REALM jewelry because the pieces are both meaningful and versatile. They feel intentional and thoughtful. There are a story and a strength behind them that really resonates with me and with the women I style.

What is your favorite piece of REALM jewelry? Favorite REALM Collection?
I'm drawn to pieces that layer beautifully and make a statement without overpowering an outfit. In my heart, I've always been a hoop lover, so I immediately gravitated toward the Spirit Pave Hoop. I was especially drawn to the Vert colorway, since green is one of my favorite colors. It's the kind of piece that feels both timeless and modern, effortless to wear yet full of personality. I love how it adds a subtle pop to any outfit while reflecting a little bit of who I am.

How did you and Ann meet? What kind of connections did you have then? Now?
I met Ann through the fashion and retail community. From the beginning, there was a shared appreciation for design, craftsmanship and empowering women. Ann and I have very similar style aesthetics. Now, that connection has grown into a collaboration rooted in mutual respect and a shared vision for helping women express themselves through style.
