What do you do for work?
I'm the founder and CEO of NAL Speakers Bureau. We connect organizations with thought leaders and storytellers who challenge perspectives and inspire meaningful change. My work is about amplifying voices that move people and ideas forward.
for play?
Traveling and having new experiences are my jam. I am also a big lover of just relaxing on the beach.
for others? (such as a charitable organization dear to your heart)
My passion is centered around helping women and children. I am currently in roles supporting building an expansion to Central High School (251!), and via my board roles help provide housing for women and children and support domestic violence survivors in Chester County.
As a keynote speaker, how do you "Reign in Your Realm" on stage by balancing your command of the room with the vulnerability that builds a true connection?
For me, commanding a room isn't about being the loudest voice, it's about being the most authentic one. When I share real experiences, including thriving despite depression or sharing my (former) fear of public speaking and other moments that shaped me, it creates a connection. People don't remember perfection; they remember and connect with my truth.
Your mission at NAL Speakers Bureau is to amplify 'voices of change.' For a woman who leads with heart, how does she move beyond just having good intentions and actually use her voice to drive real results?
I've been reflecting on this a lot lately. Sometimes the same energy that brings clarity can also feel like pressure. Growth can feel disruptive before it feels helpful, and even when the outcome is positive, the process isn't always easy in the moment. For me, moving from intention to impact means using my voice in real ways, asking hard questions, advocating for others, and sometimes saying what hasn't been said yet. Even when it's not popular to say the thing out loud. I've come to think of myself as a catalyst. I'm still learning how to hold both the impact and the tension that can come with it. I think many women who lead from the heart can relate.
If you could leave our readers with one secret to fully owning your power through the strength of your own voice, what would it be?
Stop hiding or waiting for permission. Your voice becomes powerful the moment you decide to use it.
At REALM, we believe style is a statement. How does a woman's personal style and presentation—her "visual signature"—act as a silent introduction that sets the stage before she even says a word?
This is an interesting question because we rarely ask men about style and presence in the same way. I also think how someone appears outside can be very different from what's happening internally. With that in mind, personal style becomes a visual expression of who you are, your individuality, your authenticity, your sense of power. When a woman embraces a style that truly reflects her, it communicates confidence and "I belong here," before she ever says a word.

We love your style! At REALM, we talk about our jewelry and Empresses having a "Classic, Romantic or Rock Star" vibe (sometimes all three). How would you describe your personal style?
I would describe my style as classic and clean. I'm drawn to pieces that feel timeless and polished. However, my hair tends to tell a different story. That's where my playful side shows up. I've gone from short to long, curly to straight, depending on the season I'm in. So, while my overall style leans classic, my hair is often where you see a little more of my fun, expressive personality come through.
Why do you love REALM?
I love beautifully crafted jewelry, it's timeless and I love how there is meaning and a powerful message for each piece.
What are your favorite pieces of REALM jewelry? Favorite REALM Collection and why?
I LOVE the TRYST collection, especially the Tuileries Ring. I also love the Sterling Silver Pavé Cuff Bracelet and the gold Lariat Chain Necklace.
How did you and Ann meet? What kind of connections did you have then? Now?
I was invited to a REALM event in 2023 and was immediately drawn not only to the jewelry, but also to Ann's spirit and the energy in the room. There was something really special about how she brings women together. That evening, I won a necklace, and I still wear it to this day. That evening also sparked my love for the TRYST Tuileries Ring. Over the years, I've purchased that ring for a few friends as well. What started as an introduction to jewelry has grown into something deeper. REALM has really become part of my sister circle.
