As a managing partner, she has spent years helping families navigate high-stakes life transitions with clarity and strategy. What do you do for work?
I'm the Managing Partner of Petrelli Previtera, a national divorce and family law firm.
I'm also the founder of Lawyering for Love™, a reinvention platform helping people transform through divorce using my trademarked L.O.V.E. Method which stands for Let Go. Own It. Value Yourself. Evolve.
for play?
I love to travel, be on the water, and do anything that feels like freedom and expansion. With my four kids, joy is the whole point: family trips, pool days and dance parties in the kitchen. Also... a good outfit moment never hurts.

Deep down I am a healer. I am deeply committed to helping people navigate divorce with dignity and power. Through my work and platform, I help women (and men) rebuild their identity, self-worth and lives after everything falls apart.
REALM jewelry is designed with symbols of strength, encouragement and protection. When you're heading into a difficult meeting, what "armor" (whether jewelry or a mantra) makes you feel truly unstoppable?
My armor is a mix of intention and identity. I wear jewelry that reminds me who I am—strong, self-led, unbreakable. My mantra: "I don't chase power, I am power."
How does feeling powerful again shift your mindset from "victim of divorce" to architect of your own future? What advice do you have for the woman who isn't there yet but is ready to start building?
The shift happens when you take radical ownership. Not of what happened to you—but of what you do next. That's exactly why I created The L.O.V.E. Method. Because I lived this. I know what it feels like to be in the wreckage—grief, betrayal, shame—and to keep looking outward for answers that only come from within.
When I left my marriage, I had two young children, a law firm to help run and a heart full of questions. Six months later, I found out I was pregnant. The world didn't know we were together. Colleagues called me a fraud. And just one week before I gave birth, my father died without warning. That season brought me to my knees. But it also forced me to rise. Not in some fairy tale way — in a real, blood-on-the-floor, we're-gonna-dig-our-way-out kind of way. I didn't just rebuild my life. I had to survive the collapse of everything I once called home — marriage, motherhood, career, reputation — and start from scratch in the middle of a storm.
That's why I created The L.O.V.E. Method™ — because someone out there is in the thick of it, thinking they've ruined their life, when really they're just beginning the most important chapter. The moment everything changed was when I stopped asking "Why me?" and started asking "What now?" The L.O.V.E. Method is the roadmap for that shift. This isn't about becoming someone new. It's about returning to who you were before life taught you to shrink.
My advice for the woman who isn't there yet: start small. Keep promises to yourself. Do one thing a day that proves you can trust you. Because power isn't something you find—it's something you build.
