Lexi and Alyse are the "BiteSized" Sisters but believe me when I tell you that there is nothing bite size about them––except their height. They are hoteliers, entrepreneurs and content creators who are truly family and community oriented. They are the real deal, two of the most down to earth, fabulous and fun women I have ever met!

Everything about our experience with Lexi and Alyse was unique: our first Real Women of REALM duo and our first offsite photoshoot at their beautiful hotel, Coastal Chateau in Ocean City, NJ. My team and I were treated as guests which made it feel less like work and more like a daycation with friends. In fact, I felt so relaxed and happy that I am going back to the Chateau with my family for the full vacation experience later this summer.

The warmth and generosity of these two women shines through in everything they do. They are a great team supported by their dynamic "BiteSized" Mom, Cindi (and their Dad, Tim) who have instilled in them the qualities and values that define them and their brand.

The collaboration between REALM and the BiteSized Sisters made me realize that we lead with the same principles and intentions. Lexi, Alyse and Cindi impacted my life in a joyous way from the moment I met them. It is no wonder that I absolutely adore them and you will too. Q&A with the BiteSized Sisters

What do you do for work?
We’re the sister duo behind the BiteSized brand — hoteliers, designers, and content creators redefining what it means to mix business with creativity. Our work blends hospitality, marketing, immersive experiences, and luxury design. Every space we create is infused with our personal touch and passion for making people feel happy and welcomed!

Also, Alyse is a pharmacist by trade and Lexi leads our other business, BiteSized Designs, which specializes in balloon and backdrop event decor.

For fun, we love to travel as a family, explore new cultures, and soak in inspiration from architecture, nature, and fashion around the world. Travel sparks our creativity, and fashion is our way of expressing who we are in every setting.

for others?
We’re both huge animal lovers and actively support local rescue organizations to help pets find forever homes. We also love championing small businesses in our community, especially women-owned brands, and making intentional choices to give back to aligned organizations. “Everyone can win” is a principle we stand behind. We’re always happy to help if we can or connect someone to another business that is a better fit.

How did the name "BiteSized" Sisters originate?
The name began with our original online fitness company that started back in 2014, BiteSizedFitness, which is a nod to our petite height (Alyse is 4’11” & Lexi is 5’2”) and dedication to living healthy. Since then, it’s evolved into more of a lifestyle brand, focusing on hospitality, all things Philly/South Jersey, family, travel, design and fashion.

Any BiteSized Fitness tips to share?
Balance is everything. Some weeks we’re in the gym, eating clean and staying active. Other times, we’re on vacation, living in the moment, relaxing on the beach and eating dessert every day—and that’s okay! However, we recommend you always get outside for at least 10 minutes a day and move your body in some way.

How do you juggle all your businesses?
TEAM WORK truly makes the DREAM WORK. We rely on strong systems, color-coded calendars, and knowing each other’s strengths. We plan ahead, divide responsibilities, and lean into what we each do best. Since every business we run is connected, they naturally build on one another and allow us to stay aligned.

What is it like to work with family?
It’s not always easy, but it’s always worth it! Working with family means total trust, open communication, and shared vision. We might argue and laugh in the same day, but we always support each other — and our mom, Cindi (aka BiteSized Mom), is our biggest cheerleader and mediator. Family ALWAYS shows up and you won’t ever have to worry about that.

You both have a bold, upbeat sense of style. What are your top 3 BiteSized Style Tips?

Don’t be afraid to stand out—bold colors or statement pieces can completely transform a look.
We love a good theme—lean into it and let your outfit tell a story.
Shop everywhere - You don’t need the most expensive piece or well-known name brand to make an outfit. We all shop at local boutiques, stores like Target/Walmart, thrift stores and online shops.

What do you love about REALM?
REALM isn’t just jewelry—it’s wearable empowerment that goes with anything! Every piece has intention, elegance, and an underlying message of strength. Ann King Lagos has created a brand that celebrates women from the inside out, and we’re honored to wear and support it.

Is there a REALM collection that particularly resonates with you?
The DOMAIN collection speaks to us the most. It represents confidence and claiming your space—values that align with how we approach business, design, and life.

Your favorite REALM jewelry styles?
We gravitate toward statement rings/necklaces and layered necklaces, so there’s so many to choose from! The way you can style the “Everyday Pearl Necklace” with different lengths and clasp colors really feels like an epic twist on a classic look!

How did you first get introduced to REALM and Ann King Lagos?
We were introduced to Ann through her social media manager, Sarah, who was a Dreamer in our Body Inclusive DreamWalk Fashion Show in 2024 and instantly connected with her message. The strength, family aspect and symbolism behind REALM’s pieces drew us in right away.

How would you describe your personal style?
Definitely Sparkle Rock Star. We love edgy looks, bold silhouettes, and anything that makes a statement. Fashion is our favorite form of self-expression.

What advice do you have for women in business and in life?
Believe in yourself, especially when it feels hard, and never shrink to make others comfortable. Confidence is built one bold decision at a time. Our mom always told us to know our worth and reminded us that success isn’t a competition—there’s room for everyone to win!

What does success mean to you?
Success means reaching your goals while lifting others up in the process. It’s not just about personal wins, but about the positive impact you leave behind. When others around you rise too, that’s when it really feels meaningful.

Is there a side of you that hasn’t been revealed, but you’d like to share with us?
Like anyone, we have hard days—projects go wrong, people disappoint, things break. But we choose to handle challenges offline, privately, and respectfully. It’s not all picture-perfect, but we believe in amplifying the good through large platforms since there’s already enough negativity out there in the world!

Anything else you would like to add?
We couldn’t do any of this without our significant others, Anthony Dominick (Lexi's fiancé) and Kyle Carberry (Alyse's husband); our brother, Timmer; our father, Tim; and especially our mom, Cindi, who’s been there since the first photoshoot, first launch, and every milestone since. BiteSized Mom (and Dad) are the real hearts behind the hustle lifestyle, and the ones who keep us grounded when life moves too fast. They taught us at a young age that if you work hard, put God first, be kind, stay humble, help others, do good and love your family – ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE.
